The intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to create a multiple award, full-service contract for the Maricopa County's (County) Fuel Stations to include inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, certifications, and replacement of all equipment and parts associated with fuel dispensing systems including fuel pumps, tanks, plumbing, electrical and any other ancillary systems and structures including canopies, bollards, and associated equipment. The contractor(s) will be responsible for scheduling and tracking inspections and certifications including the Veeder Root, FuelMaster, and other similar fuel tank monitoring systems, leak detection testing, and all others as required by local, state and federal regulations. Fire suppression systems are excluded and are not the responsibility of the contractor under this IFB. Repair, troubleshooting and other services requested outside of monthly and annual maintenance, as authorized by County, shall be performed by the contractor as either a non-emergency service call or emergency service call. Contractor(s) shall be compensated by hourly labor rate, as bid in the pricing section.
