1 This request for proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (the "NSLC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Cleaning Services at our Head Office location, located at 93 Chain Lake Drive, Halifax, NS. .2 The term of this contract will be three (3) years with two (2) additional one (1) year renewal options. .3 Unless otherwise specified, the Successful Proponent shall provide and pay all labour, materials, equipment, tools and machinery including all lift devices, transportation and other facilities necessary for the execution and completion of the work in accordance with the RFP and any applicable code or statute. .4 Pay all applicable taxes. .5 Comply with all rules and regulations of Provincial Government, Local Municipal Statutes and Authorities having jurisdiction. Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations. .6 The Successful Proponent shall at all times enforce strict discipline and good order among their employees and ensure the same from all subcontractors.
