Firms interested in providing Trade Contracting services for the project must submit their Request for Qualifications (RFQ) according to the requirements set forth in the RFQ utilizing the format and content guidelines stated in the RFP. Proposals will be reviewed, evaluated, and ranked using a qualification based selection process by the selection committee ONLY PREAPPROVED SUBCONTRACTORS WILL BE NOTIFIED AND INVITED TO SUBMIT BIDS.
