Approximately 1,650 LF of new water line, 400 LF of horizontal directional drill, installation of a valve vault and flow meters to control and monitor the direction of flow and purchase of a portable pump system. Work includes installation of piping, valves, fittings, and other necessary appurtenances. This emergency connection will provide the City of Parsons and Hamrick Public Service District the ability to direct waterflow to each other in time of need. The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
