Removal of the existing roof panels and damaged insulation over bay. All metal sheets removed will be stacked on premises and other debris shall be removed from premises. New metal shall be screwed to existing purlins with new R19 insulation over the bay area and bubble radiant barrier added over the existing insulation over living areas. Quote must include all materials, labor, and permitting. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Remove sheet metal stack and leave on premises. 2. Replace new sheet metal with new R 19 insulation over the bay area and add bubble radiant barrier over existing insulation over living areas. 3. Remove all other debris from premises. EXCEPTIONS TO SPECIFICATIONS: Exceptions shall be allowed if they are equal to or superior to the intent of the specification as written and provided, they are listed and entirely explained on a separate page entitled "Exceptions to Specifications". If the bidder takes an exception, on the exception page, the bidder must state an option price to bring their specifications into full compliance with the department specifications.
