ONLY PREQUALIFIED POOL Various Trades PLA for work over 25K Questions Due Date: Oct 3rd 2023, 1:00 PM CDT To Install Replacement Wheelchair Lift/ Vertical Platform Lift in Auditorium SCOPE: Furnish and install the following new components for (1) Vertical Platform Lift in accordance with elevator code and CPS Specifications. o Manufacturer: Savaria o Model: MultiLift Enclosure o Load Capacity: 750lbs o Height: TBD o Cab size: 34" x 54" o Cab configuration: Type 2, On-Off Opposite side Vendor to Decommission, disassemble, & remove existing lift components Emergency stop/alarm buzzer to be included in scope All call buttons standard per CPS Specifications Contractor to secure necessary permits. Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed below Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing
