Reference Number 0000333740 This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to select a contractor for the Worldport Parking Expansion at Denver International Airport (DEN). The undeveloped area just west of the existing Worldport facility and east of Elk St is proposed to be converted into a space for overflow parking, to be utilized by rental car companies operating at the airport. Rental car companies operating at the airport have outgrown current leaseholds or will reach capacity within the next five years. Expanding parking areas will temporarily reduce capacity issues. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to; demolition, earthwork and grading, stormwater drainage conveyance and water quality features, erosion control and revegetation, asphalt paving, chain link fence, lighting and electrical infrastructure, and existing roadway/pavement tie-ins. DSBO has assigned an SBE goal of 30% self-performance.
