Reference Number 0000331830 The Charter Township of Grand Blanc is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish the Splash Pad at Creasey Bicentennial Park. The Splash Pad consists of approximately 4000 Sq Ft of concrete and numerous metal structures and fountains (see photos for details). Demolition will include: - Removal and disposal of all components of the splash pad (metal fountains and structures, concrete pad, underground plumbing) - Removal and disposal of plumbing control vault. - Capping of the water supply line a few feet outside of the control vault. - Capping of the drain tile a few feet outside of the footprint of the Splash Pad. - Site grading to provide sufficient drainage without ponding of any kind - Site restoration including vegetation establishment Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed on November 2, 2023 Job Location 1505 E.
