The Gibraltar School District will accept sealed bids for the replacement of the baseball/softball field bleachers at Carlson High School located at 30500 West Jefferson, Gibraltar, MI 48173. Work is requested to be completed as soon as possible but no later than March 1, 2024. Project Overview: Scope of Work: The project involves the removal and replacement of existing baseball and softball bleachers. The new bleachers must comply with all relevant safety codes and regulations, including those set by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), and be designed to accommodate our athletes, spectators, and officials effectively. (4) 15 feet long 5 row aluminum bleachers with royal blue riser planks. (2) Approximately 27-30 feet long 5 row aluminum bleachers with royal blue riser planks. (2) Approximately 25-28 feet long aluminum bench with backrest and shelf for softball dugouts. Bleacher Specifications: Please provide detailed specifications of the bleachers you propose, including seating capacity, materials, finishes, anchoring methods, and any additional features or amenities (e.g., accessible seating, shade structures, team seating, etc.). Project Timeline: We anticipate that the project will commence ASAP and must be completed no later than March 1, 2024. Proposals should include a project schedule outlining key milestones, including delivery and installation. Cost Estimate: Submit a comprehensive cost estimate, which should include the cost of materials, labor, equipment, permits, and any other related expenses. Provide a detailed breakdown of costs for our evaluation. Warranty: Detail the warranty provided for the new bleachers, including the coverage period and terms and conditions. Insurance and Licensing: Ensure that your company is appropriately licensed and insured to carry out the work. Provide proof of insurance coverage along with your proposal.
