Steel Encased Bore and Water Main Improvements Loachapoka, Alabama Steel Encased Bore and Water Main Improvements: Install approximately 290 LF of 6" Restrained Joint Ductile Iron pipe and 200 LF 12" Steel Encasement on Ross Road and U. S. Highway 280 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. The installation of the pipeline will include a valve, fittings, and a connection to the existing water main on U. S. Highway 280. All of the construction will be on ALDOT R.O.W The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E. O. 11246. This project is funded through the Loachapoka Water Authority. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof
