The Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to procure a Contract with a Vendor to manage and operate the Maryland Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP). The Maryland VEIP consists of 18 centralized inspection stations, OBD-only inspection kiosks, a Fleet Inspection Station (FIS) program, and a new hybrid station program featuring R-OBD technology and/or traditional workstations.
