The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be the most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, all factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest. The removal and disposal of the old unit, hauling away all trash and debris to an approved EPD landfill or location is required. The successful bidder shall furnish features, which are regularly furnished as standards with this unit. The HVAC unit shall conform in strength, quality of materials and workmanship to that provided by the manufacturing and engineering practices of the industry. The bidder shall represent by this bid that the requested unit is new and unused. The City of Warner Robins is accepting bids for the installation of a new Carrier 7.5 Ton Gas Package Unit or equivalent. Bid must include but not be limited to the following gas piping, ductwork modifications, etc... By submitting a bid, the bidder certifies that they are not currently debarred from submitting bids by any agency of the State of Georgia and the federal government, nor are they an agent of any person or entity that is currently debarred from submitting bids on contracts by any agency of the State of Georgia or the federal government. Nothing in this Specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations.
