The improvement consists of: Includes mobilization, staging, water intrusion repair and waterproofing at existing storage and mechanical spaces, TPO and metal roofing, flashing and sheet metal installations, rough carpentry, ceiling repairs, interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, surface preparation for concrete repair and patching in multiple areas, concrete patch work at hand railings, site cleanup, demobilization, and all other work necessary to complete project. Price Range: $630,000 - $740,000 All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
