Award of the construction contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder.Work includes installation of 11 subsurface proprietary stormwater infiltration trenches (StormTech) each with pre-settling structures - 1 proprietary treatment system (Contech CDS) - associated conveyance improvements including approximately 800 lineal feet of 12-inch PVC storm sewer pipe - 260 lineal feet of 18-inch PVC storm sewer pipe - 18 catch basins - 7 manholes - and other related work. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities - minor defects - or to reject any or all bids.
