This construction project includes 12 approximately 8.5-acres final cover erosion maintenance for Moseley Road Landfill. The project 13 includes erosion control, clearing and grubbing (including tree removal/ tree trimming, as 14 needed), debris hauling, existing fence removal, excavation/ stripping topsoil, subgrade 15 preparation (including erosion fill) final cover installation (including 12-inch infiltration layer 16 and 6-inch erosion layer), finish grading, hydroseeding/ mulching, diversion berm construction, 17 downchute construction (including subgrade preparation and 60-mil textured HDPE 18 installation), concrete energy dissipator, rock riprap, turn reinforcement mat, new barbed wire 19 fence, new chain link fence with barbed wire, new 16-ft swing gate, stabilized construction 20 entrance and 12-ft wide asphalt road construction. In accordance with the provisions of Texas State Law, the City of Denton (the City) is requesting submissions to contract with an individual or business with considerable experience in providing goods or services of this solicitation. The responses and the cost solutions shall be submitted to the City of Denton in a sealed submission.
