Reference Number 0000331386 The work of this Contract consists of furnishing of all labor and material necessary for the mobilization of equipment to perform asbestos abatement in a two-story wood/masonry building and the controlled demolition. The selected Contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM), asbestos-contaminated materials to accommodate the demolition, completion of the two-story building demolition, placement of clean fill over the area of the demolished building, and topsoil and seeding. Fill will be brought to an elevation to match surrounding grade. The Contractor will be responsible for placement, compaction, and testing in accordance with the project specifications.
