The work consists of installing approximately 665 feet of black vinyl coated, 4-foot chain link fence, including 2 double gates, at the new Lakefront Park. Questions shall be in writing and directed to Jan Coppinger, Project Manager at: projectmanager@cityoflakeport.com. The following provisions shall apply to the work: 1. The Contractor shall have valid contractors license with a classification of A, B, or C-13. 2. Contractor must enter into the attached sample agreement and provide proof of insurance as stated in the agreement. 3. The work requires payment of prevailing wages and submission of certified payrolls. All contractors, including subcontractors, must be registered with the DIR at time of bid submittal. 4. Notice to Proceed is anticipated mid-November 2023. 4. The Contractor shall complete the work within 10 working days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 5. Contractor shall provide the City representative a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to starting the work. 6. Payment bond will be required. 7. Proposers must submit Contractors Proposal and Designation of Subcontractor to be considered responsive. 8. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
