A Surety in the form of a bid bond, certified check or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the Township of Piscataway shall submit with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of total bid. Bids must be made on standard proposal form, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address n the outside and delivered to the Township Purchasing office only, 455 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08854 during regular business hours, 8:30 am to 12:20 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
