This project consists of the installation of ten (10), double head, 12- foot tall light poles, installation of a 450 LF long trench to install conduit, construction of ten (10) foundations to install concrete foundations, lighting and pole hardware, labor and all ancillary materials are included. Topsoil restoration and seeding of all disturbed areas in location of lighting/conduit and pole installation. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
