10/09/2023 3:00 PM - Monday, Last Day for Questions All questions regarding the various aspects of this bid must be made in writing to: Mrs. Antonia Stines antonia.stines@co.iredell.nc.us Purchasing Officer Responses to all questions received will be made in writing and sent to all known bid holders by addendum and posted at Iredell County's bid site Below are specifications for the asphalt project for 433 South Meeting Street, Statesville, NC 28677 Probations, the total area thats needs to be paved is approximately 8100 square feet. 1. Cut out and remove all existing asphalt throughout area to be paved. 2. Grade and level existing subbase. If additional subbase is needed it should be incorporated into the bid. 3. Roll and compress stone subbase to ensure a solid stone base. 4. Install 2 to 2.5 inches of asphalt mix throughout parking area. 5. Roll and compress asphalt. 6. Stripe all lines and symbols throughout area that has been paved.
