The intent of this RFQ is to compile a roster of qualified engineering Firms from which the City may contract for professional services on an "as needed" basis also known as "Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity" (IDIQ), to support the City's professional services requirements. Contracts will be on an "as needed" basis for a two (2) year period. Contracts may be extended for an additional three (3) one year periods, provided both parties agree in writing to do so. Any extensions shall be at the same terms and conditions, plus any approved changes, and must be made through a mutually agreed upon, written amendment that is executed by the parties. Professional services for individual projects under the resulting contract shall not exceed $50,000 per project. $10,000 per month cap. The City at its sole discretion, reserves the right to select a Firm from the contracts executed as a result of this RFQ or solicit Statements of Qualifications when deemed to be in the best interests of the City. A purchase order will be issued or other agreement executed for each project prior to the start of work. Question Deadline 10/09/2023 The method has not been determined.
