No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receiving the bids. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent of the contract price will be required of the awarded contractor.
