Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Price Contract with Owner according to Conditions of Contract. C. Contract Documents: Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplemental Conditions, Contract Drawings, Contract Technical Specifications and Addenda describe the work to be performed for this Project. Related provisions of this Project include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Become familiar with existing site conditions and restrictions. 2. Research and identify all underground utilities prior to submitting a bid on any work on the Project. 3. Coordinate work of all Subcontractors and material suppliers under this Contract. 4. Testing of all materials and installations. 5. Requirements of the Project Owner The Project consists of improving the 26th St. and Lynas St. booster stations as described in the contract documents.
