2020 BOND Bid Package South Lyon High School and Millenium Middle School Mechanical Pre-Purchase project The following bid categories are included in this project: o 23 7323 Custom Indoor Central-Station Air-Handling Units o 23 8223 Unit Ventilators A formal pre-bid meeting will not be held, but please reach out to the project team if you would like to tour the site. Bids shall be submitted electronically into Building Connected. Bid security by a quality surety in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid/Quote/Proposal amount shall be submitted with the Bid. All cashier's checks must be scanned and submitted electronically through Building Connected. The district will not consider a Bid that does not include a bid security. The right to reject any or all Bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, is reserved by South Lyon Community Schools. The Board of Education will not consider or accept a Bid received by the Board after the date and time specified for receipt of Bid. Question Deadline 10/12/2023 at 2:00 PM ET
