The successful bidder must be bonded, hold liability insurance, and workman's compensation insurance to protect their employees. Patrol area for nails. 2. Pricing per board for any damaged boards that may need replacing. 3. Furnish and install ice and water shield on all rake, valleys, and eaves. 4. Furnish and install 30 lb. felt over entire roof surface. 5. Furnish and install 30 year architectural shingles per manufacturer's specifications. Specify name of manufacturer (Brand). 6. Furnish and install all drip edge metal, step flashing, and copings. 7. Reuse existing curb flashing unless replacement is required to ensure water tight conditions. 8. Completion & Cleaning: On completion of the Work, ensure entire site is free of nails; ensure all debris is removed, and leave the Work Area site in a condition acceptable to the Fire District.
