The City of Sammamish is soliciting bids to contract for On-Call Painting Services. The selected vendor will be expected to perform on-call interior painting services for the City of Sammamish to include, but not limited to: staff office spaces, conference rooms, kitchen walls, utility spaces and storage rooms, stairway banisters and railings, and wood stair treads. Budget for Contract: Not to Exceed $37,947 Contract Start Date: Approximately January 1, 2024 Expected duration: January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, with two 1-year renewal options Questions concerning this ITB must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM on Monday, October 2 via email to Colleen Rupke, Contract Administrator, at crupke@sammamish.us . Answers will be posted on the City at the same location as the ITB document. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.
