* No Award. The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of removal and replacement of existing corroded or damaged superstructure components, venting and/or fabric. The major components of the Work are: (a)Mobilization and demobilization, misc. supplies/small parts. (b)Supply replacement end wall 1 - including steel, fabric, and tension hardware. New vent framing for existing vents. Converted to closed end w/o door opening. Upgraded to epoxy coated end wall steel. (Salt side of the building) (c)Supply replacement end wall 2 cover only. Includes new tension hardware, new vent frames for existing vents. Converted to closed end w/o door opening. (Sand side of the building)(d)Supply replacement cover section for torn main cover. Existing tension hardware to be used. (70' section) (e)Install end wall 1 removal including all framing, fabric, and doors. Save vents for reuse. Reinstall closed end wall steel, fabric and vents. (f)Install end wall 2 cover removal, door + framing removal. Save vents for reuse. Reinstall fabric closed end wall and vents. (g)Install - Replace main cover and any damaged Box winches, ratchets, etc. throughout the building. Includes cleaning and covering existing rafters with repair tape to help prevent future damage. Performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H2: Labour and Material Payment Bond), in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price Commercial general liability insurance, in the amount of at least two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) inclusive, with The City of Winnipeg added as an additional insured, with a cross-liability clause, such liability policy to also contain contractual liability, unlicensed motor vehicle liability, non-owned automobile liability and products and completed operations, to remain in place at all times during the performance of the Work and throughout the warranty period Automobile Liability Insurance covering all motor vehicles, owned and operated and used or to be used by the Contractor directly or indirectly in the performance of the Work.
