WORKS DURATION The work required under this call for tenders must be completely completed within 38 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and lead times required for the procurement of materials/equipment) from the date stipulated in the contract. or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable date for the start of work is between November 27 and December 22, 2023. INFORMATION MEETING / SITE VISIT An information meeting followed, if applicable, by a visit to the work site will be carried out by the Company's project manager. Interested bidders must appear on October 2, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the courthouse located at 10, rue Saint-Antoine Est, room 11.65, Montreal (Quebec) H2Y 4A5, at the offices of the Company. Attendance at this meeting is strongly recommended. Opening of submissions: The public opening of submissions takes place on the deadline date and time indicated for receipt of submissions. The only possibility for anyone to attend this opening is to view it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions . No subsequent viewing of the video recording of the opening is possible, nor recording nor broadcasting of it.
