Description of Work: The Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Replace 11 existing air handling units with new units of equivalent size and capacity. 2. Demolish existing associated ductwork within the mechanical room to facilitate installation of new air handlers. Provide new duct connections to new units. 3. Demolish existing steam branch piping back to mains for each unit. Provide new runout piping, isolation valves, control valve and steam trap for each new unit. 4. Demolish existing direct digital controls for each unit and provide new, including motorized dampers, actuators, sensors and controllers. Integrate new control components into existing direct digital control system. 5. Replace 6 existing relief fans with new fans of equivalent size and capacity, including associated duct connections, motorized dampers and controls. 6. Replace 17 existing in-line centrifugal exhaust fans with new exhaust fans of equivalent size and capacity, including associated duct connections, motorized dampers and controls. 7. Replace 17 existing roof exhaust fans with new roof exhaust fans of equivalent size and capacity, including associated duct connections, curb adaptors, motorized dampers and controls.
