Reference number : 1765965 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-10-10 This project consists of replacing the osmosis water system in the laboratories and URDM at the Cité-de-la-Santé Hospital located at 1755 boulevard René-Laennec, Laval (Quebec) H7M 3L9. The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a hospital that remains occupied for the duration of the work. The building's activities are continuous 24 hours a day, 24 days a week. To ensure cohabitation allowing continuity of care, the contractor must be aware of the methods to be followed for phasing work, service cuts, temporary installations and other instructions specific to a work in a hospital environment. The work includes, but is not limited to: - The provision of all permits other than the required building permit, including related documents; - Demolition of elements; - Temporary work; - Containment work related to infection control; - Containment work relating to the safety of users; - Drilling; - The coordination of the work according to the phasing and the schedule to be provided by the contractor; - Participates in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings as requested; - Waste removal; - Daily and final cleaning of the construction site; - The provision of documentation documents and the closure of the site.
