The Work will consist of plumbing services at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Contractor's licensing requirement The Contractor must possess a C-36 - PLUMBING CONTRACTOR License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." No Pre-Bid Conference and/or Site Visit has been scheduled for this solicitation The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material errors or discrepancies in the bids.
