This is to solicit proposals for the provision of the Caulking Repairs on Exterior Wall Panels at The IWK Health Centre. The proposal should include the: 1 Removal & disposal of existing caulking & backing. 2 Sealant replacement at the wall joints and re-caulking of defective seams. 3. Attention to details on the drain tiles between the panels. Deadline for Submission of Questions October 17, 2023 @ PM 2:00 Atlantic Time Estimated Duration of Contract (months): 12 Contract Term The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one [1] years. IWK shall have the option to renew this Agreement for up to two [2] consecutive one (1) year renewal periods (each a “Renewal Term”) Confirmation of the number of attendees from your organization with contact information should be emailed prior to visit at said date and time mentioned above. Meet at IWK Women’s Building at security desk to gather beforehand, which is located at (IWK Health Center – 5850/5980 University Avenue) 15 minutes prior to the start of the Mandatory Site Meeting to facilitate building entry. During the mandatory site visit, the vendors will be shown the affected areas to be worked on to have a better understanding of the work scope. Due to new health protocols requirements, masks are to be worn upon entry to all IWK Health facilities.
