The Capital Region Airport Commission requests proposals from experienced, qualified, and interested firms to provide Passenger Boarding Bridges Maintenance and Repair Services at Richmond International Airport. It is the intent of the Commission to establish an agreement with the firm best suited to meet the needs and requirements of the Commission. The services will be administered by the Commission's President and Chief Executive Officer and designated staff and will commence following the execution of a contract. Deadline for Questions: Thursday, October 12, 2023 @ 4:00 PM This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to establish a term contract with a licensed contractor, to include, but not limited to, providing on-site Maintenance, Repairs, and Servicing of Passenger Boarding Bridges, Ground Power Units and Preconditioned Air Units at Richmond International Airport. The Initial term of the Contract shall be for two (2) years with three (3) additional one year options at the sole discretion of the Commission. The Capital Region Airport Commission (the "Commission") requests proposals from experienced, qualified, and interested firms (hereinafter "Respondents") to provide Maintenance and Repair Services for the Passenger Boarding Bridges Maintenance and Repair at the Richmond International Airport (the "Airport" or "RIC"), pursuant to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in or referred to in this Request for Proposals (also referred to herein as "RFP"). This RFP is open to all interested parties who meet the qualifications and requirements as outlined below in this RFP. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and also reserves the right to decline awarding an Agreement to any or all Offerers. The submission of a Proposal by any Offerer does not by implication or expression commit the Commission to enter into an agreement with that Offeror, or any other Offeror. Proposer are strongly encouraged to have representation at this meeting. It is recommended that all proposers attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project; however, attendance is not mandatory to submit a proposal on this project.
