Fox Creek High School is seeking proposals for a contracted cleaning agency to provide daily cleaning services, quarterly cleaning services, and semi-annual cleaning services to the entire building. This would include semi-annual VCT tile floor service and carpet cleaning. Fox Creek High School is a 100,000 sq ft educational facility located on the south end of Edgefield County. The school is comprised of a 5,600 sq ft commons space, 43 classrooms, 4 locker rooms, 10 student restrooms, and approximately 20 offices. The flooring in the building is primarily VCT, and there are a number of office spaces with carpet. The walls are textured sheetrock and cinder block. Fox Creek High School reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to cancel this request in its entirety. Any questions relating to this proposal must be submitted in writing to abaskett@fchs.net through Friday, October 13th, 2023 at 2:00pm Evaluation of proposals will be conducted from October 23 - 31. Fox Creek High School's selection of the janitorial company will be no later than November 3, 2023 All bidding agencies must possess appropriate licenses, bonds, and maintain a minimum of a $1,000,000 insurance liability policy. The initial contract period will be January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024 with option to renew for the 2024-2025 fiscal school year. There will be an annual meeting in May each year to determination any contractual changes for the new fiscal year
