Estimate: $100,000 to $300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The deadline to ask questions is 10/16/2023 3:00 PM CDT. A Certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Westwood Shores MUD or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder of an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid.
