Work tasks on this project generally consists of the expansion of an existing baseball field and grading of a vacant area in the vicinity including, fence installation, turf & irrigation improvements, grading, storm drainage infrastructure and aggregate base parking area, per the plans and specifications and the City of Shasta Lake Construction Standards. The Engineer's Estimate for the base bid work is $286,100.00. Work tasks on this project generally consists of the expansion of an existing baseball field and grading of a vacant area in the vicinity, and generally includes, fence layout and installation, turf installation (hydroseed or sod), irrigation improvements, grading, storm drainage infrastructure installation and aggregate base parking area construction, per the Contract Documents. The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform and complete all work shown on the Plans and called for in these specifications, including all incidental work. The project includes two additive alternate bid items for turf installation. The City will select one of the two alternate bid items for the contract as the construction budget allows.
