Fletcher, CPPB Florence County Procurement Director pfletcher@florenceco.org Florence County invites interested parties to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from contractors interested in contracting to provide construction services for four (4) projects related to extending public Water and Wastewater Service to the AESC Facility located at 1330 Estate Road in unincorporated Florence County. Florence County is looking for contractors with documented experience providing Water and Wastewater Systems Construction-Related Services including line work and pump station installations. Florence County intends to issue pre-qualification approval for selected qualified contractors to submit bids to provide construction services for the respective Water and Wastewater System Extension Projects. These Facilities are currently being Designed and Permitted by Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. and the descriptions herein reflect the Scope of the respective Projects as of the issuance of this RFQ. Interested parties may apply to one (1) or more of the four(4) projects, and one (1) party may be selected for multiple projects at the discretion of Florence County. This solicitation does not commit Florence County to designate pre-qualification status, award a Contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a SOQ, or to Procure or Contract for Services.
