Underground District No. 69 Cerritos/Nutwood The project is located on Nutwood Street from Katella Avenue to Ball Road, and on Cerritos Avenue from Nutwood Street to Euclid Street. The work to be undertaken consists of undergrounding 69kV transmission and 12kV distribution systems, street light installation, service conversions, telecommunication systems, and removal of overhead facilities. This project is part of the City of Anaheim Underground Conversion Five-Year Plan and CIP. This project is not covered "Project Work" as defined in the Amended and Restated Community Workforce Agreement (CWA). Electric utility work on high voltage utility equipment and other special utility construction work are specifically exempt and excluded from the scope of the CWA. License Requirements General Engineering (A) for the Prime Contractor and "C-10" for contractors performing all high-voltage work.
