Project locations are not provided in this contract and could be spread throughout the City. Each project site may be issued as a separate Task Order or the City may include a grouping of projects as a separate task order. Quantities will be provided to the Contractor when the City submits the task order. It is anticipated that some project sites may require working time restrictions. No additional cost will be paid to the contractor for reduced working times. Project construction may include but is not limited to: Crack Seal application, herbicide treatment, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope. As part of the Department's continuing efforts to expedite project delivery and complete infrastructure projects, the task order contract will enable Public Works to execute multiple projects delivered through the Infrastructure Management Program (IMP). The Pavement Preservation Package - Crack Seal Task Order Contract includes, but is not limited to, the repair of a street's base structure, asphalt surface overlay, wheelchair ramps improvements and any other required work for the completion of the IMP Preservation projects located throughout the City. It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 270 calendar days Question Deadline 10/09/2023 at 4:00 PM CT
