This project will upgrade and replace the failing Thompson pumping station and associated force main pipeline and provide sanitary sewer connections to residents along the Nichols Road area and north of Brushfork Road. This project will also include the installation of a mechanical bar screen and replacement of an emergency standby generator at the Brushfork pumping station. Please submit one (1) original, (3) three copies, and one (1) digital format submission of all requested information to the Bluefield Sanitary Board and one (1) copy and (1) digital submission to Region I PDC. It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure the receipt of the submission by the date and time specified. Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed project may be undertaken through funding sources including, but not limited to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Clean Water State Revolving Fund (WVDEP CWSRF) and local funds. All work will be performed in accordance with the regulations issued by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Clean Water State Revolving Fund (WVDEP CWSRF) and the State of West Virginia appertaining thereto. The selected firm(s) will be required to comply with Executive Order 11246, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1974, Conflict of Interest Statement and Access of Records, Title VI and Section 109. The Bluefield Sanitary Board will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin in the contract award. The Bluefield Sanitary Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all submissions. To and assigned real-world coordinates and accompanied by comprehensive descriptive metadata, and (7) any other services needed by the Bluefield Sanitary Board for the implementation of the project.
