1. Replace the missing bolts from the interstitial space monitoring device manhole access cover 2. Supply and install a new fuel oil level monitor. 3. Replace the existing above ground plastic piping with copper. 4. Modify the vent pipe so it terminates less than 4.15m above the bottom of the daytank. 5. Remove the existing lock fill cap. 6. Remove the concrete pad around the underground fuel oil storage tank surrounding the spill box. Excavate around the spill box to expose the connection to the tank. Test to ensure there is no leakage into the spill box. Reinstate the concrete pad and slope away from the covers. Repair any damaged asphalt. 7. Provide new manual shut-off valve for the supply line. 8. Add a pressure relief valve on the supply line in the tank sump. 9. Install a manual shut-off valve in the return line. 10. Remove the anti-syphon valve and modify the existing piping to re-install the anti-syphon valve in a vertical position. 11. Remove the test boots on underground piping. 12. Add isolation valves to the 3 fuel lines. A bid bond in a commercially reasonable form or an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by a financial institution authorized to conduct business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank in the amount of at least 10% of the Bid Price and that shall be in effect until forty-five (45) calendar days following Closing Date. A suretys consent indicating that, in accordance with section 5.18.1. of this ITT, the surety company will furnish the contract security which shall include a 50% performance bond and a 50% labour and materials payment bond of the Bid Price or a consent from the Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank that an irrevocable standby letter of credit in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price will be furnished.
