This project is being funded in part by Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure Grant Program Act (MCWI) and is subject to the rules and regulations thereof. Minority and woman owned business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, materials and/or supply needs. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the best interest of the Owner. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
