Installation of 8-inch aboveground piping to extend the meter run for connection to proposed 12-inch water line, along with necessary pipe supports. Installation of 12-inch underground piping to facilitate the conveyance of surface water from the meter station and connecting it to the existing ground storage tank fill line. Installation of 4-inch underground PVC piping to facilitate the routing of analyzer sample drain from existing LAS building to storm sewer. Modification to existing LAS feed system, including addition of variable feed metering pumps, piping, valves, chemical injection point, analyzer, and upgrade to instrumentation and controls. Modification to existing chlorine feed system, including addition of chlorine feed equipment, piping, valves, chemical injection point, analyzer, and upgrade to instrumentation and control. Installation of all necessary equipment including FRP building with building foundation, orthophosphate tank, metering pumps, chemical injection point, piping, valves, and instrumentation and control to facilitate orthophosphate injection. Necessary electrical and site improvements. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
