The Vendor agrees to perform the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. It is specifically agreed to by the Vendor that the County will not compensate the Vendor for any services not included in Schedule A without prior authorization, evidenced only by a written Change Order, Amendment, or Addendum to this Agreement, which is executed by the Ulster County Executive (the Executive) or the Ulster County Director of Purchasing (the Purchasing Director), after consultation with the head of the County Department responsible for the oversight of this Agreement (the Department Head), and upon review by the County Attorneys Office.
