Remove existing metal gravel stop at roof edge. Salvage and store gas piping supports and temporarily support gas piping. Provide 2" base layer of polyisocyanurate insulation with tapered polyiso with 1/4":1'-0" slope. Form sumps at roof drains and create tapered pattern with crickets at all equipment curbs to create positive drainage to all roof drains. Insulation may be screwed or adhered to meet UL Class 90 wind rating. Stagger all insulation joints with layer below. Provide fully adhered 60 MIL white EPDM membrane. Provide new 0.032" prefinished aluminum gravel stop at entire roof edge (owner to select color from manufacturer's standard color selections). Extend roof drains as required for new roof thickness with product equal to aluminum OMG Hercules Retrodrain, sized to fit existing pipe. Provide EPDM pipe boots and flashing details equal to Firestone (standard of quality). Install all materials to achieve a manufacturer's standard 20-year warranty. The contractor is required to visit the site and walk the subject roof prior to submitting a bid. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
