The Town of Grand Chute acting through its Town Board, hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received in the Grand Chute Town Hal for the following described project PROJECT The work shat consist of 8- inch to 10-inch watermain reconstruction (4,900 linear feet), new B-inch sanitary sewer (370 linear feet, and 5-inch sanitary foreman reconstruction (1,340 Linear feet). The work includes bore and jack directional bore, pavement restoration, and erosion controls h All bidders shall bid in accordance with and upon the bid Forms included in the Contract Documents The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, wave any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Town of Grand Chute. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Town of Grand Chute in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within 15 days after the Notice of Award No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60- days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 660901 66.0903 and 779.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes
