The Project consists of removing 12" of soil and building back an aggregate base, asphalt base, and asphalt pavement, creating a commercial driving license testing lot. The project also consists of removing 9" of soil and building back an aggregate base, asphalt base, and asphalt pavement, creating a parking lot. The project also consists of a 2" asphalt overlay over the existing asphalt parking lot. The project also consists of replacing 4 steel swing gates with 2 aluminum swing gates. MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%. NOTE: Only MBE/WBE firms certified by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity as of the date of bid opening, or SDVE(s) meeting the requirements of Section 34.074, RSMo and 1 CSR 30-5.010, can be used to satisfy the MBE/WBE/SDVE participation goals for this project.
