The turf system shall be 100 percent wheelchair accessible in the field. Provide any necessary grading and base preparation to the ground area to allow for proper drainage with the turf system. Soil to be graded, leveled, and compacted. Compaction shall be done with mechanical compactors and/or powered tampers, and rollers.
