The bidder agrees that: A. Bidder has carefully examined the specifications, and all provisions relating to the item(s) to be furnished or the work to be done; understands the meaning, intent, and requirements; and B. Bidder will enter into a written contract and furnish the item(s) or complete the work in the time specified, and in strict conformity with the City of Sparks specifications for the prices quoted. Note: Bidder is defined as any individual, partnership, or corporation submitting a bid, proposal, or quotation in response to a request for bid (RFB), request for proposal (RFP), request for information (RFI) or request for quotation (RFQ). A bidder may also be referred to as a bidder, contractor, supplier or vendor. The use of the title Bidder:, Vendor, Contractor orConsultant within this solicitation document and any resulting contract shall be deemed interchangeable and shall refer to the person or entity with whom the City of Sparks is soliciting and/or contracting for the service or product referenced within the bid document.
