Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations Please provide a bid price for the proposed work at the Westfield Gas + Electric Operations Center at 40 Turnpike Industrial Road, Westfield. This renovation work will include the first-floor men's and women's bathrooms as well as an option to replace the first-floor kitchen area floor The contractor will supply all labor, materials and the legal disposal of all debris to support the proposed scope of work of renovating the men's and women's bathrooms with all new finishes. Contractor will demo and dispose of all existing ceilings, floors, wall coverings, toilet partitions and accessories and prepare all remaining surfaces for the installation of a new ceramic tile floor system (2x2 or 12X12) in a standard color of our choice to include (please include an option to use epoxy floor covering) a wainscoting wall tile (12X24) for a continuous finish system. All toilet fixtures and sinks will be removed and upgraded with new American Standard units and Delta faucets. Each bathroom will be reworked to include one ADA stall and the existing toilet carriers will be removed and replaced with new to accommodate. The contractor will need to remove and rebuild portions of the CMU walls to move them to the proper code dimensions. A new moisture resistant 2X2 acoustic ceiling system and grid will be installed to support new WGE installed lights. New floor mounted ASI Global solid surface toilet partitions with doors and hardware will be installed as well as a urinal screen in standard colors of our choice for a complete new finish as well as a new entry privacy screen for the entry door and shower room. All walls and trim will be repainted along with any finishes not covered by new materials. New bathroom accessories to include grab bars, coat hooks, new TP and PT dispensers as well as mirrors and stainless-steel vanity shelves. Please note cost does not include any electrical or fire alarm as these tasks will be performed by WG+E. Site visit is scheduled for 11:00 A.M.
